Terms for using this website and requesting a consultation with Oral Web Studios.
These terms apply to the Oral Web Studios website. They explain the conditions for browsing the site and contacting us; they are not a contract for brand identity, website design, development, SEO or related client services. A separate written agreement would set the scope, fees, timetable and other terms of a client project.
You may use the site for lawful purposes and genuine business enquiries. Please do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce malicious code or use its content to mislead others. If you send an enquiry, please provide information you are authorised to share and do not submit patient records or sensitive health information through general email or Calendly booking fields.
Our booking links open Calendly in a popup, with a direct booking page available if the popup cannot load. Booking a call does not oblige either party to enter a project or guarantee that we will accept one. Calendly’s own terms and privacy notice apply to its scheduling service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle booking information.
Any proposal, deliverables, revisions, payments, intellectual-property rights and ongoing support must be agreed separately in writing. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular search ranking, number of enquiries or business outcome.
The site’s design, text and imagery are provided to describe Oral Web Studios. Please do not copy or present them as your own without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Vale Dental Studio, Hartwell and Asterline Orthodontics are fictional practice concepts, not client testimonials or evidence of commercial results.
The site links to or embeds third-party services, including Calendly and Instagram. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability is outside our control.
